Under the support and cooperation of headquarter and project teams, BISKRA  last industrial production test for cement mill had completed in advance dated 12 Oct, 2016, the test result is accepted by the owner. Upon friendly negotiation, CBMI was awarded IPT certificate for whole plant on 13 Oct, 2016.

IPT Certificate is another milestone following with the Hand Over Certificate for clinker line and packing #2 line dated 11 Oct, 2016, which means the risk of delay penalty for Biskra project have been released .

Project team will continue with the equipment supplier, update and optimize cement mill, and focus on the cement mill performance and reliability test, do their best to complete PAC in advance.
